ASICS Monthly Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the Functional Tennis Monthly ASICS Tennis Gear Giveaway. By entering, you agree to these terms.
1. Organiser
The giveaway is organised by Funky Christmas Jumpers Ltd. trading as Functional Tennis, of 4 ST Pappins Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 11, IReland. For questions about the giveaway, contact ace [at] functionaltennis.com.
2. Who can enter
Entry is open worldwide where permitted by local law. Entrants must be aged 16 or over, or meet any higher minimum age required where they live. Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Employees of Functional Tennis, anyone directly involved in administering the giveaway and their immediate families are not eligible.
3. Monthly entry periods
The giveaway begins on the 1st October 2026. The first entry period runs from that date until 11:59pm Pacific Time on the last day of that month.
Each subsequent monthly entry period begins at 12:00am on the first day of the month and closes at 11:59pm on the last day of the month.
All entry-period times use Pacific Time in California, including applicable daylight-saving changes.
Entries apply only to the month in which they are received. They do not carry over. You must enter again to participate in a subsequent month.
4. How to enter
No purchase is necessary. Complete one of the free entry methods published on the giveaway page to receive one entry into that month’s draw.
Free entry is limited to one per person per month. Use a valid email address that you can access. Multiple email addresses must not be used to obtain additional free entries.
Subscribing to marketing emails is optional and does not affect your chances of winning. Choosing not to subscribe, or later unsubscribing, does not invalidate an otherwise valid entry.
5. Additional entries for orders
Each eligible paid order placed on functionaltennis.com during the monthly entry period earns five additional entries. There is no minimum order value.
- You must also complete a free entry for the relevant month and use the same email address for your entry and your orders.
- Orders placed earlier in the same monthly entry period, before you submitted your free entry, also count.
- Each eligible order earns five entries, regardless of the number of items purchased.
- Cancelled, fraudulent or fully refunded orders do not qualify. Order eligibility is checked before the draw.
For example, one free entry and two eligible orders give you eleven entries into that month’s draw.
6. The prize
One winner each month will receive €250 worth of the latest ASICS tennis apparel and footwear.
Prize value is measured using ASICS’ published regular retail prices when the products are selected, or their equivalent in local currency. Any discount available to Functional Tennis does not reduce the advertised retail value of the prize.
We will ask the winner for their clothing size, shoe size and delivery address. Functional Tennis selects the products, styles and colours based on those sizes and available stock. Specific products are not guaranteed. Images used to promote the giveaway are illustrative.
The prize is supplied as products, not cash or a voucher. It cannot be transferred or exchanged for a monetary value.
7. Winner selection and notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries during the first seven calendar days of the following month. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.
We will notify the winner using the email address provided with their entry. The winner must reply within 48 hours of the notification email being sent. Entrants are responsible for checking their inbox and spam folder.
If the winner does not reply within 48 hours, is ineligible or declines the prize, another winner will be selected at random using the same process.
We may request reasonable information to verify eligibility. Where the winner is under 18, a parent or guardian must confirm permission and assist with accepting the prize.
8. Delivery and customs
Functional Tennis will take care of shipping the prize. Shipping costs are separate from the €250 product value. We will confirm the expected delivery timeframe when arranging the prize.
We will do our best to order from a local ASICS website serving the winner’s country to avoid customs duties or import charges.
If local fulfilment is not possible, international shipping may be necessary. Customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges may then apply and are the winner’s responsibility where legally permitted. We will explain any known potential charges before arranging shipment.
9. Returns and exchanges
The winner is responsible for providing accurate clothing sizes, shoe size and delivery details. Change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including requests based on style preference or an incorrectly supplied size, are not available.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or in a different size from the one agreed, please contact Functional Tennis. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Winner photographs
The one thing we ask of our winner is a photo of themselves wearing their new ASICS gear. We would love to feature it in our winners’ gallery and celebrate the win with the Functional Tennis community.
We will request separate permission before publishing a winner’s photo or identifying details on our website, social channels or in marketing emails. For winners under 18, we will also request permission from a parent or guardian.
Providing a photo and agreeing to its publication are voluntary and do not affect the winner’s entitlement to receive the prize.
11. Personal information and emails
We use entry information to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, match qualifying orders, select and contact the winner, and arrange prize delivery. Necessary delivery information may be shared with the retailer and delivery provider fulfilling the prize.
Marketing consent is separate from giveaway entry. Entrants who choose to subscribe agree to receive Functional Tennis tips, product news, offers and giveaway updates by email. They may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our marketing emails.

12. Fair participation
We may disqualify entries involving fraud, automated submissions, false identities, attempts to bypass entry limits or other breaches of these terms. Genuine duplicate submissions will not receive additional free entries.
If a significant technical problem or circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect the giveaway, we may make changes reasonably necessary to administer it fairly. Material changes will be explained on the giveaway page, and valid entries will be protected wherever reasonably possible.
This giveaway is organised and funded by Functional Tennis. It is not associated with, sponsored, endorsed or administered by ASICS.
