We are trying something new for the next 4 weeks.
Each week we will have a live 15 minute breathing session on zoom with trained breath trainer Marcus Quinn.
Breathing techniques have many benefits and can help you on and off the court. Known benefits are:

We will be connecting from Australia so most likely watching the recordings after the session. I’ve been very interested in this aspect of tennis for my son as I feel like he holds his breathe when he hits the shot. I’ll be very interested to hear what the experts have to say
