Please note, Functional Tennis is a small team of 1 and to ensure it's run as efficient as possible we ship orders on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. The shipping daily cut off time is 10am Dublin time.

  

Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Additional non returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Customised products
• Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credit may be granted:

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Orders where free shipping was provided
• Rackets or products that have been used or tested beyond normal inspection

In cases where a racket or product has been used or tested, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Any refund or store credit issued may be reduced to account for product use, handling, shipping costs, prepaid import duties or taxes, and any other associated fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a number of days.

Received Free Shipping

If your order included free shipping and a return is made, we will deduct a flat shipping cost of €25 to €30 from your refund. This covers the cost of shipping and handling the original order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please:

• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card provider
• Contact your bank, as processing times can vary

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund (subject to our return conditions) and place a new order.

Non Delivery

If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay any applicable import duties or taxes, the following conditions apply.

If you would like the order to be re shipped, we will charge the shipping cost again.

If you request a refund, it will be processed once the item has been returned to us. The refund will exclude:

• Original shipping costs
• Payment processing fees
• A €15 administration fee
• Any return shipping costs
• Any prepaid import duties or taxes
• Any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or charges incurred in returning the parcel to Ireland

The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
