Please note, Functional Tennis is a small team of 1 and to ensure it's run as efficient as possible we ship orders on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. The shipping daily cut off time is 11am Dublin time.
Returns
For items purchased at full price (i.e. not sale items) we are happy to provide a full refund for your item(s) up to 30 days from your date of purchase. For sale purchases or if you are outside the 30-day window, we are happy to offer account credit or an exchange! Simply return your item to us within 40 days. Received Free Shipping?
In cases where the original purchase included free shipping and a return is initiated, we will deduct a flat shipping cost of €20 - €30 from the refund amount. This deduction covers the initial shipping and handling expenses incurred when sending the product to you.
Return procedure
We are a small business and cannot offer free returns unfortunately. We are confident you will love your product as our return rate is less than 1%.
In the event of a return please send your item(s) to the following address along with a brief note outlining what you would like exchanged or refunded.

The following terms and conditions apply to ALL exchanges or refunds:
- Item must be returned to us within 40 days from the day you've received your order.
- Item must be still in their original packaging
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ace@functionaltennis.com and send your item to: St Pappins Road Glasnevin Dublin IE d11nd70.
Non - Delivery
If your order is returned to our office because of an incomplete address, nobody at home, item refused and you would like us to resend it we will charge the same same again for re-shipping the order back to you. If you would like a refund we give a full refund excluding payment fees and shipping charges.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
