Job Title : Podcast Content & Marketing

In a nutshell, Functional Tennis is looking for someone that has a genuine interest in tennis, social media and podcasts. The successful candidate will take ownership of the podcast content and marketing and be part of a small team with the aim of pushing our podcast to the top of the charts worldwide.

About Functional Tennis

Functional Tennis specializes in providing a wide range of content and resources related to the sport of tennis. We have a large social media presence, with 650K + followers on Instagram, where we share our own content as well as curated and partnered content. We also have a popular podcast (198+ Episodes), which feature interviews with players, coaches, and other individuals involved in high-level tennis. Additionally, we operate an online store that sells our unique tennis training products, such as the Saber, Tennis Pointer, Camera Mount and our Match and Practice Journals.

Job Description (not limited to these roles):

• Episode Upload- Work along side the producer to upload finished episodes
• Episode Content - Prepare intro/outro for each episode as well as content for episode descriptions
• E-mail Marketing - Prepare the weekly podcast email based on our current template
• Content Creation - Prepare and schedule daily content from our podcast recordings to our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Content Calendar - Create and manage a content calendar for our social accounts
• Creativity - Bring new and creative ideas to the team to support our digital marketing goals

Requirements:

• Passion for tennis and an interest in the ATP/WTA Tour
• Creative personality
• Excellent English language skills written and spoken
• Punctual and good communicator
• General design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Express)
• General video skills (Capcut)
• Previous experience running a social media account
• Positive attitude
