We recently posted the video above on our Instagram a/c with legendary pro Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and upcoming French player Dan Added. They play a fun game in the box that is quite hard on the legs and lungs and it went viral!
The basic idea is you play a drop shot close to the net and then you must touch the service line and go again until somebody lets the ball bounce twice. It's the first to 7 or you can change this as suits you and no rest between points.
I wouldn't use it as part of your warm-up, wait until you are properly warmed up or like Dan And Jo, use it as part of your speed session!
