5 Essential Core Exercises for Tennis Players that require no equipment

We are delighted to bring you 5 essential core exercises for tennis players put together by IMG's strength & conditioning coach Justin Russ. Justin has put together 5 exercises that  can be carried out on-court, at home, in a hotel or anywhere where is convenient for you. No extra equipment is needed.

Justin works in the world renowned IMG Tennis Academy in Bradenton, Florida which is home to many of the worlds best tennis players. Justin has worked with kei Nishikori, World number 3 doubles player Ekaterina Makarova, World number 1 Girls Junior Whitney Osuigwe & many more.

This workout is for players of all levels. To increase the level just add reps and sets :)
